For perspective, healthcare averages an engagement rate of 1.1% (source: Hootsuite). Email communications Our email communication channel has become unified under the same platform. This initiative will minimize risk and compliance related to audience management as well as develop processes to ensure brand integrity and consistency when communicating with our audiences via email. We were able to support the fraternity’s dues notice process through this platform, reducing cost and improving operational efficiency. Virtual events Marketing and Communications supported the 4th Annual Membership and Marketing Virtual Event Series. The team managed and produced the event from the production studio at Shriners International Headquarters. The success of this program is in part due to the efficiency of utilizing an in-house studio, allowing us to reach thousands of Shriners and members of Masonic and women's organizations through SIEF (Shriners International Education Foundation).

"No Boundaries" video wins 4 Telly Awards
Telly Awards are among the most prestigious in the video and television production world, and Shriners Children’s won four this year. Our 25-minute video “No Boundaries: The Stories of Gianna and Juan Diego” won a gold award in the People’s Telly – Branded Content category, as well as a silver and two bronzes in other categories.
