SUPPORTING f MISSION O ur amazing health care system depends on the dedication, commitment and effort

of thousands of people every day to fulfill its three-part mission of providing excellent care, conducting innovative research and offering medical education opportunities, all elements of the overall goal of improving lives. Many of these talented individuals work behind the scenes, making it possible for our frontline staff to treat our patients, make meaningful discoveries and share their knowledge and expertise. Our supporting staff includes those who work on increasing awareness and knowledge of the Shriners organizations, while others raise funds to ensure Shriners Hospitals for Children will remain strong far into the future, and continue to provide care and services regardless of the families’ ability to pay or insurance status. There is also a large staff that keeps all our systems and facilities in appropriate condition and functioning properly. With locations in three countries, that is a huge responsibility and task, and we appreciate all their efforts every day. We are grateful for and thank every one of our talented, dedicated staff members – the ones with highly visible roles, and the ones who are working quietly and diligently behind the scenes.
