§ 505.3 Notice of Meetings. Notice of all meetings of this corporation shall be given by the Secretary, stating the time, place, general purpose, and every proposed amendment to these bylaws, by mailing or electroni- cally transmitting a copy thereof to the Potentate of each temple and to any member who furnishes his address for such purpose, and by publica- tion of a notice not more than 30 days nor less than 10 days before the meeting, stating only the time, place and general purpose in a newspaper in general circulation in Denver, Colorado. Amend. 2020 § 505.4 Record of Attendance at Meetings. The Secretary shall pro- vide for registration of members in attendance at all meetings and shall keep the record thereof. § 505.5 Joint Meetings with Other Organizations. If convenient, meetings of this corporation may be held jointly with meetings of any other organization. § 505.6 Required Vote for Transaction of Business. All questions shall be determined by majority vote, except as otherwise provided in these bylaws. The presiding officer shall not be entitled to vote except in cases of equal division, when he shall have the deciding vote. § 505.7 Quorum. A quorum consists of 150 members, 85 of whom must be from different temples. § 505.8 Elections and Reports. (a) Order and Time of Elections. The elections of trustees, officers and directors shall be held in that order and before the last day of the an- nual meeting. Amend. 1998 (b) Time of Presentation of Reports. Reports required by the bylaws of trustees, officers and directors shall be presented prior to the election of trustees, officers, and directors except if the annual meeting of this cor- poration is not held because of a National Emergency or Declared Disas- ter. If an annual meeting is not held because of a National Emergency or Declared Disaster, the reports required by the bylaws will be presented at the next annual meeting. Add. 1998; Amend. 2020, 2021 (c) National Emergency or Declared Disaster. If the annual meet- ing of this corporation is not held because of a National Emergency or Declared Disaster and only one Member is a candidate for a trustee, offi- cer or director position, the board of directors may then elect that Member to the position for which he is a candidate. However, if more than one Member is a candidate for a trustee, officer or director position, the board of directors shall establish a procedure in accordance with The Colorado
